LMS Advisor is operated by WorldWin Coder Pvt. Ltd.. Contact: WorldWin Coder Pvt. Ltd. — wwc@worldwincoder.com
Account data (name, email, phone, avatar); learning records (enrollments, lesson progress, quiz and exam results, assignments, certificates, notes); communications (forum posts, form responses, AI tutor conversations); proctoring data during supervised exams (such as webcam snapshots, where the exam is configured to require them — you are told before the exam starts); and technical data (IP address, browser, device, usage analytics).
To deliver courses and track progress, issue certificates, provide AI-assisted tutoring and recommendations, secure the platform, communicate with you, and — only with consent — send marketing email. We do not sell personal information and do not use student data for targeted advertising.
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, AI processing, and payment providers — each bound by contract to use it only to provide their service to us. If you learn through your school or employer, your training records are shared with that institution — they are the controller of those records.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Under our automated retention schedule, exam proctoring snapshots are deleted after 180 days; AI tutor conversations after 365 days; login/device history after 180 days; technical and audit logs after 365 days. Some training completion records may be retained longer where laws or your institution's obligations require it, in anonymised or institutional form.
You may access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. Use Profile → Download my data for an instant export, submit a request from your account under Privacy Requests, or contact wwc@worldwincoder.com — we respond within 45 days (or sooner where your local law requires, such as one month under UK/EU GDPR). Deletion anonymises your personal identifiers while preserving aggregate, non-identifying statistics.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data outside school deployments. Where a school deploys the Service for younger learners, the school provides the required consent, we collect only what education requires, and we never use child data for marketing or advertising.
We use essential cookies for login sessions and security. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics), where used, are controlled through the cookie banner and your browser settings.
We use encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, audit logging and routine security scanning. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a data breach as required by applicable law.
We will post any changes here and notify you of material changes. Each version is numbered and archived.
