These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LMS Advisor (the "Service"), operated by WorldWin Coder Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or use the Service under the authorization of your school or employer.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no scraping or reselling access, no uploading of malicious code, and no infringement of others' intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you upload (assignments, forum posts, uploads). You grant us a limited license to host, display and process it solely to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Courses, platform software, and branding are owned by WorldWin Coder Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license to access learning content — not to redistribute it.
The Service includes AI-generated content (tutoring, recommendations, grading assistance). AI output may be inaccurate and is provided for learning support only; final grades and decisions rest with instructors and administrators.
Where courses are sold, prices, billing terms and any refund rights are shown at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Each version is numbered and archived.
